Renaming to BENDURA Funds AG

Bendura Fund Management Beta AG was renamed BENDURA Funds AG as of 1 April 2022. At the same time, Heinz M. Baur was appointed to the Executive Board alongside Olaf Köhler (Chairman) and Vladimir Koziy. Heinz M. Baur is an internationally experienced financial expert with strategic and operational expertise and more than 20 years of professional and management experience at board level.
