New active member of LAFV - Seilern International AG

Seilern International AG was founded in August 2021 and, having obtained a license as a UCITS Management Company from the FMA in October 2021, commenced operations as Management company for Seilern International Funds PLC on 1 January 2022.

Seilern International Funds Plc is an Irish UCITS which founded by Peter Seilern in 1996. The fund is managed by Seilern International AG (as UCITS Management Company) together with the London based investment manager, Seilern Investment Management Ltd. and focuses exclusively on a quality growth investment philosophy.

We take a rigorous long-term approach to investing, seeking out only the highest quality companies. Our aim is to build an investment approach to withstand bad times as much as to benefit from good times. Our investment experience shows that the companies we select, when held for the long-term may perform across market cycles and may provide attractive returns with manageable risk.

The management board of Seilern International AG consists of our founder, Peter Seilern (Chief Investment Officer), Anton Seilern (Chief Executive Officer) and Paolo Rizzini (Chief Risk Officer). Peter Seilern also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consists, in addition to Peter Seilern, of Francis Seilern (Vice-Chairman), Marc Zahn and Heimo Quaderer.
