Nadi Solutions is a “RegTech” firm that was founded in 2013 in Luxembourg by a team of industry veterans whose careers had focused on fund financial and legal reporting. Recognising the need for a software application to simplify the complex and lengthy process of report production, review and distribution, “nadi”.

Nadi is a unique Regtech platform that automates the production of fund-related reports and documents from a single source of data. Nadi enables firms to focus on their core business activities using an advanced data enabled SaaS solution that is efficient and cost-effective.

The platform automates the production of Financial Reporting (annual, semi-annual and quarterly reports), Legal reporting (CSSF, BDF, FSMA statistics) and Investor reports (KIID, FactSheet, Prosectuses, etc.), for multiple jurisdictions and following various accounting principles (IFRS, US Gaap, EU local Gaap). The solution is completely agnostic of the fund type, it manages on the same way UCITS or AIF funds.
